CooBric Has A New Place to Call Home!

October 17th, 2007 | by Tony Bacigalupo |

GramstandAnd it’s the awesomest tea house in NYC– Gramstand.

  • It offers made-to-order whole leaf tea, in over 50 different varieties.
  • Its management is super cool.
  • It has Legos.
  • It has great music.
  • It has free wi-fi (duh).
  • It has a super-comfy downstairs lounge and an area that’s a cross between residential dining room and conference space.
  • Admission is free! There won’t be any sort of day charge or membership fee. (But I highly recommend you try the tea and other offerings.)

We are continuing our work on a permanent coworking space as well, and making good progress. But for now and the near future, Gramstand is going to be a great place to work and collaborate. It’s already got its own established community, including entrepreneurs, freelancers, students… people with complimentary interests and needs.

We are looking forward to working there and seeing all of you as well!

We’ll be starting there tomorrow (Thursday) with more details to follow.

Stay tuned for updates and look for more events in the near future!

How to get to Gramstand:

Take the N/Q/R/W or the 4/5/6 to Union Square, then walk 5 blocks east on 14th Street to Avenue A
Or take the L to 1st Ave, then walk 1 block east on 14th Street to Avenue A
